Return and refund policy

However,if you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, as long as the product is unused and returned in the original packaging, we will be happy to accept the returnable product.
1. Canada customers can return their products to our Canada warehouse.
2. Products without quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Any used product is not eligible for return. Items returned must be unused, with original labels and packaging.
3. We guarantee that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If the product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days.If there is a defect during the warranty period and the customer service receives a valid claim, we can provide you with replacement, repair services or replacement of new parts. We will be responsible for all shipping costs.
1. The returned items must be in an unused state and in the original packaging.
2. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
When you choose to return, we will provide you with a return label, print the return label and stick it firmly on the outside of your return package.
Return Fee & Refund
1. Product quality problems, Parrotuncle.com pays the return shipping fee.
2. Any other issues, such as I don’t like it/I can’t use it/It’s not my choice, etc. You need to pay a return fee.
3. Refund will be processed within 7 days after receiving your package.
4. The refund will be issued to your original payment account according to your request.
